Delivery Times & Tracking
Estimated delivery time
For orders shipped to the UK, delivery typically takes 12–45 working days from the date of dispatch. In rare cases, the maximum delivery window is up to 90 working days, especially during busy seasons or customs delays.
Tracking your order
We provide a tracking code for all orders sent with a tracked shipping option at checkout. If tracking does not update on our website, please try one of the following:

Once your parcel is handed to the UK carrier, you can usually track it on Royal Mail or Parcelforce using the same code.
When you’ll receive your tracking code
Tracking details are shared within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
If your parcel is delayed
Delivery times depend on the speed of the carrier and UK customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window:

First, contact the UK carrier (e.g., Royal Mail/Parcelforce) with your tracking number to check the status.

If the carrier confirms they do not have the parcel, contact us immediately so we can investigate with our logistics partners.

If we confirm a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a full refund after this verification.

Missed deliveries & collection
Please ensure someone can receive the parcel at your address on the order. After three proven delivery attempts, your parcel may be held at a local delivery office.

Storage fees may be charged if the item is not collected within 7 calendar days.

Any fee depends on the parcel’s weight/volume.
